Getting help
Three things live on this page: how to tell whether a problem is on our side, how to reach a human, and how to report something the model produced that should not have come out of it. The practical edges — signing up, browsers, installing Vresk as an app — are at the bottom.
Check whether it's on our side
Vresk checks its own engines on a schedule, and when that check finds trouble the product says so where you are working: a quiet banner under the latest reply in chat, and the same notice at the top of your limits page. Both read the same measurement, so they never disagree. Before assuming something on your end broke, look for one of these.
| The banner | What it means |
|---|---|
| Engines are slower than usual | Some engines are responding slowly right now, so answers may take longer than usual. Nothing you have made is affected. |
| Web search isn't working | Answers are not being checked against the web for the moment. Everything else works normally. |
| We couldn't check engine health | Our own health check has not reported back recently. This one says nothing about the engines — only that the green light is not currently a measurement. |
No banner means our checks are reporting normally. If something still feels broken, it is probably one of a small number of recoverable things — when something goes wrong walks through the common ones.
Reach a human
Email support@vresk.ai. Replies come from the people building Vresk — it is a small team, so expect an answer within a day or two rather than within minutes.
A useful report has three parts:
- What you asked for, and what happened instead.
- Which engine answered — the name is on the reply’s Answered by label (on a phone, the name beside the small square under the reply).
- A way for us to see it: a share link to the conversation, or a screenshot.

Report something the model produced
Models sometimes produce things they should not — content that should have been declined, or a claim that is wrong in a way that matters. We want to see those. Send them to the support address above with a share link to the conversation: sharing freezes a snapshot of the thread, so what we open is exactly what you saw. If you would rather not share the whole conversation, a screenshot works too. More on sharing.

Signing up and access
Vresk is for people 18 or older in the United States and Canada. To keep your work and sign in anywhere, create an account at vresk.ai/signup. When guest access is on, you can also start without an account, and creating one later in the same browser keeps what you made as a guest.
Plus is bought from your plan page, Account → Plan. Plus and billing has what it costs and how renewing and cancelling work, and every allowance and promise we make is recorded, dated, on the changelog.
Browsers and installing
Vresk runs in any modern browser, with nothing to install and no extension. If you want it on a home screen or in a dock, it installs as an app from your browser’s own menu — “Install app” on desktop, “Add to Home Screen” on a phone — and the installed app opens straight into chat.
